Data Scientist

We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning & AI Developer to build, deploy, and scale intelligent systems for real-world applications. The ideal candidate will:

• Develop predictive/prescriptive models using supervised and unsupervised learning.
• Apply deep learning for customer profiling, segmentation, and personalization.
• Fine-tune and implement LLMs and Generative AI solutions for automation.
• Collaborate with data engineers to build scalable ETL pipelines (preferably on GCP).
• Deploy models using MLOps best practices (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
• Work in Agile/DevOps teams, promoting a data-driven culture.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in Data Science or ML.
• Proficient in Python, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Strong statistical and experimental design knowledge.
• Bachelor's or Master’s in CS, Math, Engineering, or related field.
• Cloud experience (AWS or GCP preferred).
