SaaS Data Analyst / Product Owner

Remote / Home-based | Occasional London travel

We’re looking for a SaaS Data Analyst / Product Owner to join an ambitious B2B SaaS business developing innovative products for the property and financial services sectors.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll sit at the intersection of data, product, customers and technology. You’ll work closely with leadership, customers and developers to turn business needs into well-designed, data-driven products, with a particular focus on AI and automation.

What you’ll be doing

• Own and manage product backlogs, priorities and delivery
• Translate high-level requirements into clear functional, screen and data designs
• Analyse data and processes to identify opportunities for AI and automation
• Develop and refine algorithms and data-driven solutions
• Work closely with developers using an agile Scrumban approach
• Lead UAT, releases and delivery milestones
• Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to understand needs and communicate solutions
• Support product launches, documentation and live product issues

What we’re looking for

You’ll have experience in a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Functional Designer or Product Owner role, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.

You should have:

• Strong SQL and relational database skills
• Experience with data analysis and basic statistics
• The ability to understand JSON and data manipulation
• Excellent written, analytical and communication skills
• Experience creating functional specifications and product designs
• A pragmatic, problem-solving approach and strong attention to detail
• Confidence working with both technical teams and customers
• An interest in AI, machine learning and emerging technology

You’ll be a self-starter who enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in shaping and delivering new SaaS products.
