The Role

As a Product Manager at AxFlow, you will be responsible for overseeing the growth and development of a specific product category, with a focus on liquid mixers. Your main duties will include:

· Working closely with the sales team, providing technical support and training on product features and benefits

· Developing strategies to optimise product pricing, stock management, and lead times

· Liaising with manufacturers to ensure effective stock profiles and timely product deliveries

· Ensuring accurate and timely provision of quotes for products and spare parts, in line with company targets

· Collaborating with Design Engineering teams to ensure product specifications and documentation are correct

· Reporting on key business metrics, including sales, margins, and quote-to-order conversion rates

The Candidate

We are looking for a motivated individual with experience in liquid mixing applications. The ideal candidate will:

· Have experience as a Product Manager or Applications Engineer, ideally with knowledge of liquid mixers

· Possess strong technical and commercial skills, with an ability to manage pricing, stock levels, and market trends

· Be proficient in Excel and Office 365, including SharePoint

· Have excellent communication and organisational skills

· Demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
