Opportunity:
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Director to play a pivotal role by executing strategic marketing plans that drive the success of our asynchronous training products for two brands in the IT market. The Growth Marketing Director will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our products are meeting market demands and marketed appropriate to the right audience. This role requires a solid understanding of b2c marketing techniques, but someone who has experience in both b2b and b2c will be considered a top candidate. The role reports directly into the CEO of one of our IT training brands.

What you will do:
Paid Media:
- Plan, execute, and monitor paid media campaigns and A/B testing across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Identify and drive forward additional lead generation tactics, including affiliate partnerships.
- Analyze Paid performance data to uncover actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.
Owned Media:
- Plan out and direct the strategy for organic social marketing.
- Plan out and direct the strategy for email marketing.
- Identify and report on KPIs, data, and trends to key stakeholders.
Campaign Execution:
- Collaborate with business leads to align on campaign planning, objectives and messaging.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered within defined timelines and budgets.
- Partner with business leads on pricing and promotional strategy to optimize contribution margin.
- Standardize and establish key metrics and analytics to measure the success of marketing initiatives
- Own the reporting of KPIs, data trends, and overall performance of marketing campaigns.
Conversion Rate Optimization:
- Lead comprehensive CRO strategy to systemically improve website conversion and average order value through rigorous A/B testing, user journey optimization.
- Monitor and optimize the full conversion funnel, identifying drop-off points and implementing solutions to maximize revenue per visitor.
- Understand SEO tactics to drive high-intent traffic to the websites.
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to track CRO impact and communicate results to stakeholders.
Team Management
- Manage 2-3 internal team members to support growth marketing initiatives
- Manage agency and contractors to support the growth marketing initiatives
What you will bring:
- Highly motivated, self-starter mentality that thrives in high-achievement environments
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in b2c growth marketing with a successful track record of driving revenue growth
- Hands-on experience in setting promotional strategy for b2c products
- Deep hands-on experience running paid strategies across Meta and Google, including running creative testing processes
- Proficiency with Search Engine Optimization, email marketing campaigns, organic social, and other demand generating activities that drive revenue growth
- Experience overseeing creation of content and working with a team to execute
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic but remote environment with distributed teams
- Meta and Google Ads experience required; Shopify, Klaviyo, Salesforce, and HubSpot experience highly preferred
