We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role involves developing and implementing campaigns that build brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. You’ll work cross-functionally with creative, sales, product, and digital teams to ensure marketing efforts align with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns across digital, social, email, content, and offline channels.
- Manage brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, customer acquisition, and revenue goals.
- Oversee marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and content.
- Analyze campaign performance and market trends using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and CRM platforms.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure campaigns deliver strong ROI.
- Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors for campaign execution and creative production.
- Monitor competitors and identify market opportunities to inform future strategies.
- Lead and mentor junior marketing team members as needed.
Qualifications
- 4–6+ years of marketing experience, including at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand strategy, and content marketing.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, Canva).
- Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
