Compensation & Benefits: In line with our commitment to transparency and people development, the gross annual salary (RAL) for this position ranges between €24,000 and €34,000, commensurate with experience and skills. The position is covered by the 'CCNL Commercio e Terziario' (National Collective Labor Agreement for Commerce and Service Sector), alongside a benefits package that includes meal vouchers, wellbeing initiatives (including Wellhub), and growth opportunities.

Role and responsibilities

You will be part of the Business Analysis & Solution Design practice, an area that takes care of designing and optimizing digital content, visual assets and user experiences, supporting clients in digital communication, learning and business transformation initiatives.

You will be responsible for:

• Organizing and optimizing content across digital platforms, ensuring effective information architecture and a consistent user experience;
• Designing visual assets, presentations, templates, newsletters and communication materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines;
• Collaborating with international stakeholders, content teams and developers on UX/UI design, workshops, requirements gathering and the implementation of digital solutions.

Required Skills🛹

• Degree in Design, Communication, Digital Media or equivalent educational background;
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience in Content Design, Digital Design or UX/UI Design, with a portfolio showcasing digital experiences, content design and visual materials;
• Solid knowledge of Content Design, Information Architecture, UX/UI and usability principles, with advanced proficiency in Figma, PowerPoint and Canva;
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in international, cross-functional teams;
• Excellent command of the English language;
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and previous experience in retail, luxury or fashion environments will be considered a plus.
