About the Role
We’re looking for a Content Producer with the creativity to dream up innovative content and attention to detail and organizational skills to make that content a reality. In this role, you’ll help shape our content strategy and bring it to life—working closely with our Digital Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing to define content strategy and needs.
You won’t be creating every asset yourself, but you will guide the process: drafting briefs, managing production, and making sure every piece of content—from blog posts to social campaigns to videos—supports our broader goals. If you’re part strategist, part project manager, and all about telling great stories, this could be the perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing on Content Strategy.
- Write blog content, press releases, case studies, and video scripts.
- Write detailed creative briefs and requirements for outsourced assets.
- Oversee creation of marketing assets and manage deadlines.
- Maintain content library and website, ensuring content is up-to-date and accurate
- Assist with other initiatives as assigned
Requirements
- 3+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on content creation and production
- 3+ years of experience writing articles and copy in English
- Experience marketing to US and international audiences
- Experience managing and developing a B2B content calendar
- Experience developing persona driven content
- Strong knowledge of content channels
- Excellent English written communication and persuasive writing skills
- Project management experience, including working with content creators
- Experience creating email marketing campaigns, knowledge of Hubspot is a plus
- Experience working with design and video editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Premier Pro, InDesign, CapCut and Canva, preferred
- Experience leveraging AI content creation tools and engineering effective prompts
- WordPress experience
- Commitment to keeping up with industry trends and continually developing skills
- Experience in the aviation industry preferred
