Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Kolkata. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for brand identity projects, social media campaigns, and marketing materials, ensuring consistency with client brand guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing logos and graphics, developing layouts, selecting typography, and collaborating with the content and marketing teams to produce cohesive visual communications. The role involves working closely with brand consultants to translate brand strategies into effective visual concepts and preparing designs for digital and print use. The Graphic Designer will also participate in brainstorming sessions, provide design support for client pitches, and refine creative based on feedback and performance insights.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating creative and brand-aligned visual work.
- Develop creative concepts aligned with client briefs, brand guidelines, and marketing objectives
- Design for both digital and print while ensuring technical accuracy and production readiness
- Design social media creatives, ad campaigns, presentations, brochures, flyers, landing pages, emailers, and digital marketing assets
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including developing complete brand identity systems.
- Experience in Product packaging and any kind of print material
- Ability to deliver printer compatible material including working on key line drawings
- Proficiency in Typography, with the ability to select and pair typefaces that enhance brand messaging and readability.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Corel Draw or equivalent).
- Ability to interpret briefs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling skills, and an understanding of digital and social media design best practices.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- 2+ years of professional graphic design experience
Preferred
- Experience working with FMCG, D2C, beauty, fashion, food, lifestyle, or corporate brands
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is an added advantage
- Experience creating brand guidelines and visual identity systems
