About the role:
We’re looking for someone very passionate about digital marketing, and categorically performance marketing and conversion rate optimization. The role is critical to the success of the demand generation and the marketing team within Aviso. Our vision is to be the AI compass for high-performance sales teams who seek their Revenue True North. Responsibilities:
● Drive awareness, lead, meeting, and pipeline generation through paid marketing and CRO.
● Implement creative and effective campaigns across the paid channels i.e. paid search, paid social, display ad networks and native ad platforms.
● Accountable for all leading and lagging indicators for paid marketing including impressions, clicks, cost per lead, lead volume, conversion rates, pipeline and return on spend.
● Allocate monthly budgets efficiently across paid channels to generate high returns on spend.
● Collaborate efficiently with sales, business development, demand generation, brand marketing, and product marketing teams to scale campaigns across channels.
● Partner regularly with content teams to drive ad copy optimization of campaigns across channels.
● Partner with design teams to drive ad creative optimization of campaigns across channels.
● Partner with the SEO team to make the most of keyword research tools to periodically add new campaigns and restructure existing campaigns.
● Perform regular competitor research and analysis to develop new demand generation strategies.
● Plan for CRO by running regular website/web page and landing page audits.
● Conduct A/B tests to optimize web pages, website CTAs, landing pages and lead-gen forms.
● Collaborate with SEO, content and email marketing teams to optimize conversion paths.
● Manage relationships with key stakeholders efficiently to get the best results from each channel.
● Analyze large volumes of data and generate valuable insights to drive up pipeline and revenue.
● Keep abreast of trends, updates and best practices across channels and our industry.
Requirements:
● Passionate about performance marketing, analytics, CRO and demand generation overall.
● Prior experience in working in a B2B SaaS company is an added advantage.
● 4-6 years of experience in demand generation, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in executing PPC campaigns across paid search, paid social and GDN/popular display ad networks, are must-haves.
● Hands-on experience in managing campaigns across content syndication partners and paid native ad platforms is preferred.
● Ability to read and analyze data to generate insights to drive more leads, pipeline and revenue.
● Passionate about working closely with sales to gather campaign feedback and tune up campaigns accordingly in order to generate relevant leads and better, more pipeline.
● Proficient in configuring and managing pixel codes, and very seasoned at using Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
● Proficient in using tools across keyword research, audience identification and publishers.
● Proficient in using tools across analytics, visitor recordings and dashboards for reporting.
● Ability to partner with in-house content marketing and copywriting teams efficiently to create assets that will drive up campaign performances.
● Ability to lead optimization of ad creatives and landing pages that drive meaningful conversion rate improvements.
● Ability to manage and leverage relationships with third party agencies, ad networks, and other service providers/vendors.
● Prior experience in scaling campaigns and handling monthly budgets of $100-$500K USD is an added advantage.
