About the Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager who can own, strategize, and lead RankRover’s entire social media presence across all key platforms — LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter (X), YouTube, and emerging channels.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how to build a brand story, drive engagement, and turn followers into a loyal community. You’ll be responsible for the full social media lifecycle — strategy, content creation, posting, analytics, engagement, and paid campaigns.
What You’ll Do
Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with RankRover’s marketing goals and brand vision.
Plan monthly and quarterly social content calendars for all active channels.
Identify new trends, platforms, and content formats that enhance visibility.
Content Creation & Management
Create, curate, and manage high-quality content — videos, carousels, posts, and stories that reflect RankRover’s tone and authority in the SEO/marketing space.
Write creative, SEO-optimized captions and hashtags that align with current trends.
Interact with leads, do comments and build a rapport
Use AI-generated visuals, avatars, and motion graphics for storytelling.
Familiarity with AI video tools like HeyGen, Pika Labs, or Runway ML
Schedule and manage consistent posting across all social handles using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later.
Community Building & Engagement
Build and nurture a loyal follower community by actively engaging in comments, DMs, mentions, and relevant groups.
Respond promptly to followers, partners, and brand inquiries across platforms.
Collaborate with PR and SEO teams to highlight client success stories, campaigns, and thought leadership content.
Analytics & Optimization
Track, measure, and report social performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, impressions, CTR, followers, conversions).
Conduct competitor benchmarking and audience analysis to refine strategies.
Experiment with A/B testing for creatives, formats, and posting times.
Paid & Performance Marketing
Plan and manage paid social ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube for lead generation and brand awareness.
Monitor ad performance and optimize creatives and copy for better ROI.
Brand Advocacy & Collaboration
Support influencer and partner marketing initiatives by coordinating campaign posts and shoutouts.
Align with SEO and outreach teams to promote RankRover case studies, blogs, and video content.
Build RankRover’s brand authority in the digital marketing and SaaS ecosystem through storytelling and consistency.
What You’ll Bring
3–5 years of experience in social media marketing or brand communications, preferably in SaaS, digital marketing, or B2B industries.
Proven ability to handle end-to-end social media management — from ideation to analytics.
Hands-on experience with social media scheduling, analytics, and ad management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics).
Strong creative eye for visuals, copywriting, and brand storytelling.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Passion for digital trends, community building, and growth marketing.
Bonus:
Experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Descript, or Canva Video).
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
