Your Mission

In this role, you will step up as a lead consultant and technical expert. You will:

• Solve Real Problems: Move beyond theoretical modeling. You will apply predictive analytics and ML to solve complex, high-stakes challenges for major clients across APAC.
• Shape the Practice: You aren't just filling a seat; you are helping shape our data science methodology, influencing how we deploy models and how we interact with data governance.
• Consult & Lead: You will have a seat at the table with clients, translating technical complexity into business strategy and guiding them through their AI transformation.

What You Bring to the Table

To thrive in this environment, you are likely a seasoned professional who is ready to apply the following skills in a high-impact setting:

The Essentials:

• Proven Expertise: You have 5+ years of deep experience in ML, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics. You know how to turn data into decisions.
• GCP Native: You are comfortable navigating the Google Cloud ecosystem. You have hands-on experience with Vertex AI (training/deployment), BigQuery, and Cloud Storage.
• Python Mastery: You live in Python and love interactive environments like Jupyter or Google Colab for rapid development and collaboration.
• End-to-End Ownership: You don't just hand off code. You understand the full lifecycle—from preprocessing and feature engineering to hyperparameter tuning and evaluation.
• Communication Skills: You can explain a neural network to a non-technical stakeholder and make them excited about the result.

The "Nice-to-Haves" (Opportunities to Learn):

• Familiarity with MLOps (CI/CD for models).
• Experience with Deep Learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• A knack for visual storytelling using tools like Looker.
