This role’s objectives will be to support the commercial organisation in implementing demand generation marketing programs that are aligned to the Graphics Solutions business strategy and budget metrics. Working closely with the Regional Marketing team, APAC to define and execute the product portfolio and channel strategy for the ANZ & ASEAN markets. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
● Execute the brand strategy and value proposition for Avery Dennison Graphic Solutions Division.
● Developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns, including coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets, setting campaign goals, analyzing performance metrics, and making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
● Ensuring campaigns align with the right messaging and effectively engage the target audience to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
● Drive the communications & PR strategy including development of press releases, content development & industry thought leadership pieces to increase brand awareness.
● Accountable for developing and executing the marketing calendar working closely with commercial and product management teams.
● Plan, organize, and execute engaging customer events and manage participation in exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and strengthen customer relationships. This includes coordinating event logistics, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors, creating impactful experiences while driving customer engagement and lead generation.
● Develop sample programs and collateral to support sales with a consistent customer experience
● Work closely with product management on new product releases and existing portfolios to maximize sales with powerful messaging and customer-centric sales and marketing assets.
● Increase share of wallet at channel partners by delivering best-in-class channel marketing programs, incentives and promotions. Effectively drive the MDF program in partnership with key account managers.
● Working with the Digital Marketing Manager on the execution of the Online marketing strategy, support in creating content, images, videos for execution
● Drive lead generation to empower the commercial team and build a strong opportunity pipeline.
● Define and execute non-product value-added service and customer loyalty programs to leverage brand differentiation and customer advocacy.
● Own the ANZ & support ASEAN marketing budgets and manage a network of agencies and vendors to maximise spending & partner closely with the leadership team, and product managers
