TITLE: Sr. Manager, Integrated Lifecycle Marketing
LOCATION: Remote (Must be able to work PST hours)
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Direct Hire
PAY RANGE: 130-150K base plus benefits (Medical, PTO, Holidays, 401K, etc)
We’re seeking a Senior Manager of Integrated Lifecycle Marketing who thrives at the intersection of CRM and growth marketing — someone who can connect owned and paid channels into seamless, data-driven experiences. This role is perfect for a marketer who enjoys full-funnel strategy but also loves the day-to-day execution that makes campaigns successful.
What You’ll Do
• Lead the planning and execution of integrated campaigns across email, SMS, paid social, and remarketing.
• Build, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, in-app, web) that drive measurable results and optimize touchpoints for maximum conversion.
• Deliver cohesive customer experiences and measure ROI.
• Develop and execute CRM and lifecycle strategies to improve acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Manage campaign operations end-to-end, including brief development, copywriting, defining segmentation, automation logic, content testing, deliverability, QA and launch.
• Translate data insights into actionable optimizations — across targeting, creative, and channel mix.
• Contribute to the overall marketing calendar, ensuring lifecycle and paid efforts reinforce brand storytelling and acquisition goals.
• Stay current on emerging CRM tools and paid media trends to evolve the integrated marketing stack.
• Continuously test messaging, creative, and cadence to improve performance metrics (open rates, CTR, retention, LTV).
• Collaborate with broader marketing team to ensure consistent storytelling and alignment across touchpoints.
• Use data to uncover behavioral insights and opportunities for personalization.
• Manage a small team of marketers supporting integrated campaigns.
What You’ll Bring
• 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, growth, or performance marketing roles.
• Proven success running integrated campaigns with measurable lift in conversion or retention.
• Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Engage, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, etc), ad managers (Meta, Tiktok, Google, LinkedIn), and analytics tools.
• Experience developing full-funnel strategies and translating them into channel-specific tactics.
• Comfortable working both strategically and operationally — building, launching, and optimizing campaigns yourself.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
