Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong understanding of branding and visual communication. The ideal candidate will interpret brand guidelines, understand brand positioning, and translate creative briefs into compelling, consistent and high-quality visual assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative assets for social media, digital advertising and marketing campaigns.
• Design brand identities, visual elements and supporting brand communication materials.
• Ensure visual consistency across digital platforms and marketing touchpoints.
• Interpret creative briefs and translate business objectives into effective design solutions.
• Apply a strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Manage multiple assignments independently while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with the team, incorporate feedback and refine creative outputs.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a creative, branding or digital marketing agency.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, visual identity and social media design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• A sound understanding of brand strategy, visual consistency and design principles.
• The ability to understand a brand’s identity and objectives before developing creative concepts.
• Strong attention to detail, creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication, time management and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Figma or After Effects.
• Experience designing for clients in the UAE or GCC market.

Salary: ₹30,000 per month

Work Arrangement: Full-time, fully remote, based in India initially.
