We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our clients internal engineering team and drive the development and modernization of their platform. This role blends strong front-end expertise with backend contributions and full project ownership.

You'll be a core part of a cross-functional squad delivering high-impact, user-facing features at scale and embedded in a fast-moving team of full stack engineers, a product manager, a designer, and a software developer in test (SDET) - with a strong focus on collaboration, shared ownership, and continuous delivery.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain features across both the frontend (TypeScript + React) and backend (PHP, Golang)
Build user interfaces with accessibility and performance in mind
Contribute to the modernization and migration of core systems and services
Participate in code reviews, pair programming and daily collaboration and agile ceremonies
Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, product managers, and other engineers to ship impactful product updates
Take ownership of key components in large projects and deliver them end-to-end
Support a culture of quality, empathy, and iterative improvement

Required Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience as a software engineer, ideally in full stack roles
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React.js
Backend development experience in Golang
A collaborative mindset and experience working in agile product teams
Expected to be able to work flexible across both Frontend and Backend systems
Familiarity with accessibility best practices and modern frontend architecture
Comfortable working in highly communicative, remote-first environments
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)

Nice To Have Skills

Experience with AWS and cloud-native application patterns
Familiarity with Angular.js (legacy support only)
Exposure to CI/CD tools and infrastructure automation such as GitHub Actions, Makefile, and Terraform
A/B Testing frameworks, or experimentation tools: Libraries & SDKs Optimizely, Snowplow, Axios.
Previous experience in large-scale migrations or platform modernization initiatives.
