We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect and Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business needs, ensuring optimal use of the Salesforce platform across the organization. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, architecture, and development of Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and related clouds.
Define and implement technical best practices, coding standards, and integration patterns for Salesforce.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-performing solutions.
Provide technical leadership to development teams and mentor Salesforce developers and admins.
Oversee data modeling, data migration, and integration with external systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and product owners to align technical solutions with business strategy.
Conduct design reviews and ensure the quality of deliverables.
Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or Technical Lead, with multiple end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce core products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and APIs.
Expertise in integration design (REST/SOAP, middleware, external applications).
Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, and performance considerations.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, PD1, PD2, Application Architect, System Architect) highly desirable.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
