This is you

6+ years of backend development experience, with 5+ years in Java.
Expertise in cloud-native environments: AWS/Azure, Kubernetes (production-grade deployments).
Proven leadership: Ability to lead technical initiatives and make architecture-level decisions.
Strong fundamental software engineering skills (design patterns, algorithms, data structures).
Experience with: Apache Spark (debugging/optimization preferred) and Databases.
SaaS Environment: Experience working in scalable, microservices-based systems.

This is your role

Lead the design and development of scalable, high-availability microservices and APIs using Java/Kubernetes.
Debug and optimize complex distributed systems, including legacy Apache Spark pipelines (maintenance and performance tuning).
Own technical decisions: Evaluate trade-offs between scalability, redundancy, and cost-efficiency.
Mentor mid-level/junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Frontend).
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability through thoughtful architecture.
Conduct code reviews and contribute to hands-on development when needed.
Evaluate and recommend cloud technologies, tools, and frameworks aligned with business goals.
Writing design and architecture documents.
Integrate with all sorts of parts of a system, such as MySQL, Elastic, Redis, AWS services etc.
