As a Senior Game Designer, you will lead the full lifecycle of game design — from initial ideation and concept sketching to asset creation, animation, and delivery. You will play a hands-on role in shaping high-quality visual experiences and game flows, working collaboratively with artists, animators, developers, and other stakeholders.
This role is ideal for a proactive and imaginative designer with a passion for animation and interactive design who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
This is you
- 5+ years of professional experience with Spine animation software and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating game design, animation skills, and visual storytelling.
- Proven experience designing for 2D mobile and/or web games.
- Skilled in digital drawing and clean vector asset creation (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate).
- Solid understanding of design and animation fundamentals (timing, spacing, anticipation, etc.).
- Strong communicator with the ability to give and receive feedback effectively.
- Creative thinker with a passion for gaming and player-centric design.
- Able to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher – both written and spoken.
Nice to have
- Experience working on 3D mobile and/or web games.
- Background in creating motion graphics for marketing or promotional use.
- Familiarity with Unity or other game engines used in lottery or casual gaming.
This is your role
- Create engaging and visually rich iLottery game concepts aligned with core design principles.
- Design, illustrate, and animate high-quality 2D game assets using Spine and Adobe tools.
- Take ownership of the full game design process from concept through to delivery.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across projects.
- Provide mentorship to junior designers and share best practices with the team.
- Promote reusable design components and efficient design processes.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and apply them to enhance product quality.
- Present and explain your design decisions clearly to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
