Location: Remote (Vietnam)

Job Description

• Develop Project Charters, Scope Statements, and Project Management Plans.
• Lead end-to-end project execution, monitoring, and project closure.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and quality.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans using Microsoft Project.
• Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and project schedules.
• Manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies).
• Prepare project status reports and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional and global virtual teams.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and maintain project documentation.
• Support IT Infrastructure Project Portfolio Management.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and governance.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–6+ years of Project Management experience in the IT industry.
• Experience managing IT Infrastructure and end-user-facing projects.
• Strong understanding of Project Management methodologies and SDLC.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Microsoft Project
• JIRA
• ServiceNow (SNOW)
• Strong stakeholder, risk, and change management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience working with global and virtual teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or PRINCE2 Certification.
• Experience in:
• Network Infrastructure Projects
• Network Implementations
• Greenfield Site Builds
• TSA (Transition Service Agreement)
• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Integration Projects
• Good understanding of networking technologies and IT infrastructure.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
