We are seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to own and scale our paid growth strategy. This role is built for a performance specialist, not a brand marketer, with a mandate to break through flat order volume and CPO trends through disciplined execution and experimentation.

🎯Role Summary

You will own paid acquisition strategy and execution across core performance channels, driving measurable improvements in growth efficiency. This role requires strong judgment, comfort with imperfect data, and executive-level decision-making.

📈Core Responsabilities

• Own and scale Google Ads (Search, PMax, Demand Gen) as primary growth drivers
• Oversee Meta and additional paid acquisition channels
• Lead budget allocation and efficiency optimization across channels
• Drive improvements in CAC, CPO, ROAS, and LTV
• Design and execute experimentation frameworks to unlock scalable growth
• Partner closely with Analytics and Data Science to inform decisions

🧠 Must-Have Background

• Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search, PMax, Demand Gen)
• Proven experience managing $50M+ annual paid media budgets
• Strong attribution instincts and comfort operating with imperfect data
• Performance-first mindset with executive-level accountability

💰 Compensation: $16–$18 per hour, based on experience
