We are seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to support the Marketing Head. This role is built for a performance specialist, not a brand marketer, with a mandate to break through flat order volume and CPO trends through disciplined execution and experimentation.

🎯Role Summary

You will own acquisition strategy and execution across core performance channels, driving measurable improvements in growth efficiency. This role requires strong judgment, comfort with imperfect data, and executive-level decision-making.

📈Core Responsabilities

• Oversee Meta and additional paid acquisition channels
• Own and scale Google Ads (Search, PMax, Demand Gen) as primary growth drivers
• Lead allocation and efficiency optimization across channels
• Drive improvements in CAC, CPO, ROAS, and LTV
• Design and execute experimentation frameworks to unlock scalable growth
• Partner closely with Analytics and Data Science to inform decisions

🧠 Must-Have Background

• Proven experience with annual paid media budgets
• Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search, PMax, Demand Gen)
• Strong attribution instincts and comfort operating with imperfect data
• Performance-first mindset with executive-level accountability

💰 Compensation: $16–$18 per hour, based on experience
