What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Several years in digital marketing/automation, experience with management of a marketing team highly preferred
• Advanced experience with Adobe Marketo Engage or similar platforms
• Strong grasp of CRM systems (e.g., SAP C4C, Salesforce) and project tools (e.g., Workfront, Asana)
• Deep knowledge of segmentation, lead nurturing, scoring, and campaign automation
• Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Power BI, Looker Studio, or QlikView

How you will thrive and create an impact:

As our Marketing Technology Manager, you’ll lead a talented team of Email Marketing Managers, Automation Specialists, and Coordinators. You’ll own and optimize our MarTech ecosystem—including Adobe Marketo Engage, CDP, and CRM platforms—ensuring seamless integration, campaign excellence, and data-driven decision-making.

Platform & Strategy Leadership

• Own and evolve our global marketing automation platform (Marketo or equivalent)
• Lead platform integrations across CRM, CDP, PIM, and more
• Drive adoption, performance, and innovation across the MarTech stack
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and personalization capabilities

Team & Campaign Management

• Manage and mentor a global team of marketing automation professionals
• Oversee campaign execution across email, web, and social channels
• Align segmentation, lead scoring, and lifecycle strategies with business goals
• Collaborate with Web, Content, CRM, and Analytics teams to deliver results

Optimization & Insights

• Monitor platform performance and campaign effectiveness
• Partner with Analytics to derive insights and optimize strategies
• Maintain compliance with global data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• Continuously improve processes, documentation, and campaign frameworks
