Position: Multimedia/Graphic Designer and Quality Assurance Lead
Schedule: Full-time, Part-time, and consultant positions available
Location: Remote for candidates located in NC, VA, FL, or TX
Requirement: Multimedia and quality assurance support with availability for meetings and coordination during workday hours (0730-1630 M-F CST)
Salary Range: $65,000 - $95,000 - Competitive compensation based on location, education, and experience.

We are looking to expand our team with this role, contingent upon a potential contract award, in support of a government client.

The Role:

As a Multimedia/Graphic Designer and Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and validating visually compelling, instructionally sound graphic and multimedia products for education and training environments. You will lead quality assurance efforts, ensuring all materials meet accessibility (Section 508) and technical standards. Working closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and technical staff, you’ll help deliver consistent, professional products that align with curriculum objectives and federal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce multimedia and graphic assets for materials across digital and paper-based platforms
• Lead QA processes to ensure compliance
• Coordinate with content creators and instructional designers to produce engaging visual content aligned with learning objectives.
• Assist in mobile app UI/UX design and development for learning applications and support creation of mobile/web-based IMI (Interactive Multimedia Instruction) products
• Manage multimedia content libraries, apply version control, and ensure consistency in design output.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of multimedia in training products and identify areas for enhancement.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Production, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Section 508 Trusted Tester Certification
• 6+ years of multimedia/graphic design and production experience, with demonstrated expertise in instructional environments.
• Strong understanding of LMS systems and SCORM standards for eLearning content delivery.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to lead QA and multimedia efforts across a distributed team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience producing instructional content for federal agencies or defense programs.
• Experience with Articulate Storyline 360, Final Cut Pro, Motion, Mocha, and/or DVD Pro.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design and mobile/web-based IMI (Interactive Multimedia Instruction)
