Sr. UX Designer

What You'll Do

Our Digital Experience & Platforms team is looking for a highly motivated, experienced Sr. UX Manager to join our team.

This is an individual contributor role, and will be 100% remote within the United States.

You will lead the creation of an integrated digital experience for our Business Partners across several platforms, including MindMatrix, Salesforce Communities and Adobe Experience Manager. You will be part the Digital Design & Research team in Marketing, reporting to our UX Design Director. You'll join a team of UX Researchers, UX Designers, Producers, Information Architecture & UX strategists.

You will be working closely with product management, technical program management and engineering, to design digital experiences from conception through configuration, asset creation and implementation, ensuring that a high standard of partner experience is maintained.

What You'll Need to be Successful

You will create a unified, seamless digital experience for partners that unifies several back-end platforms in a single UX, such that the user is unaware that they are traversing different systems.

• Work closely with product management to understand business requirements and use cases, while collaborating with Technical Program Management to understand platform limitations and capabilities.
• Work with the product management and UX research teams to envision short, sharp experiments and research that will help the business better understand how to deliver high value to partners with low friction.
• You will test your designs with users and iterate based on feedback.
• Drive alignment with partners and stakeholders to help ensure that our design system is deployed across platforms in a consistent and seamless way (to the user).
• Work with leadership in design planning
• Design the architecture, interface, and interaction flow of services and experiences for partners leveraging existing design patterns and design system elements, while helping move design forward using the partner use case to establish new UX standards.
• Leverage use cases and personas to create user journey maps, conceptual diagrams, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and ultimately delivering a comprehensive set of CX specs for engineers.

About The Team

Bachelor's degree in Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 8+ years of experience as a Sr UX Designer, preferably in B2B or product UX
• Experience collaborating with Product Managers, Designers, Researchers, Engineers, and internal partners throughout the design process.
• Experience creating design consistency across different use cases and experiences.
• Design and prototype with tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision or similar.
• Experience with a range of qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies.
• Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) to help inform design and interaction decisions.
• A portfolio highlighting multiple projects that demonstrate experiences creating usable digital interfaces, that use standardized approaches to UX development to ensure consistency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Atomic design methodology, design systems and production design for platforms such as Adobe Experience Management and AEM Digital Asset Management
• Experience with digital tools, platforms and content management systems such as; MindMatrix, Salesforce Communities, Eloqua,
• Experience with research and analytics tools such as; Adobe Analytics, ContentSquare, UserTesting, Adobe Target and Qualtrics
• Ability to communicate concepts across different audiences and varying levels of the organization to influence product design strategy
• Proficiency in the understanding of business structure and users in a B2B environment
• Outstanding conceptual, visual and interaction design skills with a track record of designing and shipping successful online experiences.
