What You'll Do
We're looking for a strategic, creative, and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to join our Partner Marketing team. Our mission is to create a partner experience by providing engagement strategies and marketing resources that empower partners to successfully start, run, and grow their business with Avalara.
In this role, you will meaningfully contribute to partner recruitment and activation, ensuring newly signed partners get off to a strong start. You will define and execute the vision for partner onboarding, blending strategic planning with hands-on execution to develop, manage, and launch initiatives that drive early-stage partner engagement.
By designing seamless onboarding experiences, optimizing go-to-market strategies, and accelerating partner activation, you will strengthen Avalara's partnerships and drive measurable impact. Your work will directly contribute to revenue growth and the adoption of Avalara solutions, including AvaTax, E-Invoicing, and other tax compliance services.
