Senior Growth Marketing Manager

What You'll Do

As Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will lead the execution of integrated campaigns and always-on programs that create pipeline for the "Emerging Small Business" segment of our business. Partner with Sales, SDR, and Field/Event Marketing to bring full-funnel impact.

• You will report into Director of Growth Marketing who is U.S. based.
• This role is hybrid, but you must be based in Brazil.

What Your Responsibilities Will Be

• Every day you will manage your segment execution — submit Workfront requests, manage calendars, and report performance
• You will build ABM, outbound, inbound, nurture, and enablement programs
• Collaborate with Field/Event teams on territory-specific activations
• Work with Brand on creative and content development
• Every day you will use AI tools for personalized outreach and dynamic content experiences
• Coordinate audience targeting and channel execution in partnership with marketing ops, digital, and content teams to ensure the right message reaches the right audience through the appropriate channels.
• You will represent and report on your segment performance in QBRs.

What You’ll Need To Be Successful

• You have 5–7 years in B2B demand gen or campaign marketing.
• You enjoy working with Sales, SDRs, Field, Brand, and Partner teams.
• You have at least 5 years hands-on experience with campaign tooling (automation, CRM, AI platforms).
• You have at least 5 years' experience using CRM systems (such as Salesforce, Hubspot) and marketing automation platforms (such as Marketo, Eloqua).
