About The Role

Software Engineer or Senior Software Engineer who will work closely with other Software Engineers, Technical Leads, Architects, and Product Management to design and build highly scalable software application.

In this role, you should be able to work independently with little supervision. You will get opportunity to thing beyond the limits and come up with innovative ideas to solve the customer problems. You should have excellent organization and problem-solving skills. If you also have hands-on experience in software development and agile methodologies, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new features and maintain existing functionalities
• Share new ways and ideas for technical design and evangelise implementing best practices and guidelines.
• Work with team and other stakeholders to understand requirements and come up with best technical solution
• Build POC to demonstrate the technical solution feasibility
• Focusing on security aspects, observability, scalability and telemetric
• Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards and practices are followed.
• Implement and follow agile/scrum processes
• Collaborate with other teams to solve cross functional challenges
• Optimize code to improve application efficiency
• Ensure not to create technical debts
• Taking necessary corrective measures to address problems in application
• Learn new technologies and contribute in the products across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/master’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience in software design and development
• Knowledge of architectural styles
• Experience in working in an Agile team with hands on with TDD, BDD
• Experience of building CI/CD pipelines
• Fullstake developer with experience in Java
• Experience in NodeJs, React, Microservices.
• Experience in writing and consuming REST API.
• Knowlege of Gitlab, SonarQube, Unit Tests and Integration tests will have added advantage.
