Official Job Title: Marketing Project Manager
Location: 100% remote in any part of the US is acceptable; candidates can be located anywhere in the U.S.
The Marketing Project Manager – Campaign Operations will serve as the central point of coordination between Security Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Marketing Technology teams. This role is responsible for managing the successful execution of complex, multi-channel campaigns by ensuring alignment across stakeholders, tracking deliverables and timelines, and proactively mitigating execution risks.
The ideal candidate brings strong program management discipline, a working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems, and experience supporting marketing execution at scale. This is not a hands-on campaign builder role; rather, it is focused on managing workflows, enabling cross-functional delivery, and driving accountability across execution teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of Security Marketing campaigns by managing tasks, timelines, and stakeholder alignment
- Maintain and monitor campaign project plans, progress updates, and dependencies using project tracking tools (e.g., AirTable, Smartsheet)
- Partner with Marketing Operations and Martech teams to ensure delivery of technical components (e.g., Eloqua assets, Salesforce lead routing, campaign tracking)
- Facilitate weekly status check-ins, identify roadblocks, and drive resolution of issues impacting timelines or quality
- Support QA/test coordination for high-impact campaign activities, ensuring readiness across all execution components
- Document and improve internal campaign workflows to drive efficiency, visibility, and repeatability
Education, Skills & Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing program or project management roles
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional workstreams and multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with marketing systems such as Oracle Eloqua and Salesforce
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder reporting and documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of campaign tracking and performance reporting
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Desirable, not required.
- Experience coordinating enterprise-level marketing programs or campaign operations
- Exposure to content management systems and dynamic email platforms (e.g., Knak, Stensul)
- Familiarity with project management tools such as AirTable or Smartsheet
- Background in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity sector
