About the role
As a Senior Technical Project Manager at Auxo, you will play a critical leadership role in overseeing both the team and processes responsible for delivering complex, enterprise-grade applications. Reporting directly to the Director of the PMO, you will manage a team of project managers while also engaging in client project delivery as a player coach. You will work closely with UX/UI, Solutions Architects, Engineers, and QA to ensure the highest quality implementation experience and applications for our customers. The ideal candidate is a resourceful problem solver who thrives in dynamic environments and can effectively manage client engagements, technical project management, and solution delivery. What you'll do
- Manage direct reports, providing coaching and guidance while overseeing professional development and performance.
- Act as an escalation point for direct reports regarding project-specific risks or critical issues, providing guidance and support to facilitate timely resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process creation and enhancements within the Auxo organization, ensuring alignment with best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and manage all projects from requirements gathering through delivery and support, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet client satisfaction standards.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships while ensuring open communication channels are always available.
- Guide the technical team in designing and implementing no-code applications tailored to client needs, leveraging both your technical expertise and leadership skills.
Qualifications
- A Bachelors' degree in a related field along with 6+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, including at least 3 years managing enterprise custom software solutions with hands-on involvement in development, implementation, integrations, deployment, and project management.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects to successful completion, showcasing strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
- In-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience leveraging it within a delivery environment.
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies, including leading Scrum teams, facilitating sprint planning, and ensuring Agile best practices are applied throughout the project lifecycle.
