About The Role

auxi is seeking a Sr. Designer I based in LATAM who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and to support the execution of high-quality creative across marketing, sales enablement, events, and digital channels. This is a high-impact, highly visible role. You will work directly with the VP of Marketing and VP of Ops to shape creative direction, own projects end-to-end, and produce world-class design across every touchpoint of our brand and product.
This is not a role for someone who waits for direction. You will be the creative engine behind a growing SaaS company, raising the bar, shipping work you are proud of, and helping build a design culture that scales.
What You'll Do
- Design and deliver high-quality marketing and sales assets
- Partner directly with the VP of Marketing to define and evolve the company's creative direction
- Lead complex, multi-faceted design projects across marketing campaigns from brief to delivery
- Elevate the overall quality of visual and interaction design across all company touchpoints
- Establish and maintain design systems, brand guidelines, and component libraries that ensure consistency at scale
- Design high-quality marketing assets across digital and print, including landing pages, paid ads, social content, email campaigns, and presentations
- Optimize visual design in Webflow, translating Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive experiences
- Create motion graphics, animated GIFs, and video assets using After Effects to support campaigns and product storytelling
- Own the production of all company-related design assets with speed and precision
- Create custom design assets required by clients and internal teams, including icons, illustrations, UI templates, interactive demos, GIFs, and website enhancements
- Collaborate with the ops and customer success teams to develop client-facing deliverables like PowerPoint decks, and QBRs
- Translate complex product concepts into clear, compelling visuals that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Produce and edit demo videos that showcase product features in a clear, engaging, and visually compelling way
- Handle end-to-end video editing for marketing and sales content, including cuts, transitions, text overlays, sound design, and final export across formats and platforms
Execution & Delivery
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively and consistently hitting deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Take ownership of work from concept through final delivery with minimal oversight
- Thrive in ambiguity and turn a rough brief, a Slack message, or a whiteboard sketch into something great
What We're Looking For
- 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing and/or product design, with a strong track record at SaaS companies or fast-growing startups
- Based in Latin America with excellent written and spoken English, communicating clearly, proactively, and confidently with senior stakeholders
- Expert-level proficiency in Webflow, Figma, Photoshop, PowerPoint and After Effects used as daily tools
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects end-to-end, from creative concept to final execution
- Experience creating a wide range of assets: illustrations, icons, isometrics, interactive demos, motion graphics, and web design
- A sharp eye for detail and a high personal bar for quality
- Experience partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams to shape creative strategy, not just execute it
- Ability to mentor and elevate the work of junior designers
- A portfolio showcasing breadth and depth across web, motion, brand, and custom illustration work (strongly preferred)
Nice to Have
- Experience with video editing or short-form content creation for social media
- Familiarity with B2B marketing, demand generation, or product-led growth contexts
- Background in UX/UI or interaction design
- Experience building and managing design systems from scratch
- Comfort working in async, globally distributed teams
