Growth Marketing Specialist

We’re seeking an analytical and creative e-commerce Growth Marketing Specialist based in the Philippines to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for a rapidly scaling, celebrity-founded U.S. brand that's gaining national retail traction.

This role will collaborate closely with the founder and internal team, contributing to performance marketing, influencer campaigns, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in digital marketing for U.S. e-commerce brands and has a proven track record of executing high-impact campaigns across paid media, influencer outreach, and retention channels.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms
• Track and report on key performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, etc.), and identify opportunities to scale
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop effective ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing funnels
• Lead influencer marketing initiatives, including sourcing, outreach, campaign coordination, and performance tracking
• Support the setup and ongoing management of email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo (or similar tools)
• Contribute to organic content strategies to complement paid efforts and foster community growth
• Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
• Stay current with trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in digital/growth marketing, ideally with U.S.-based e-commerce brands
• Proven success in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns
• Experience with influencer marketing, from creator discovery to ROI analysis
• Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in interpreting marketing KPIs
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, and Shopify
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work U.S. hours as needed
