Role Overview: This is a unique opportunity to join at the ground level of an innovative product launch. As our Marketing Manager, you will own the marketing strategy and execution, working closely with our AI experts and developers to craft campaigns, create content, and establish a strong market presence. Your role will be instrumental in shaping the success of our launch and building a global brand.
Key Responsibilities:
1/ Launch Strategy Development:
• Plan and execute a go-to-market strategy for our productivity tool.
• Develop a comprehensive roadmap to take the product from beta to global adoption.
• Drive user acquisition and engagement through innovative marketing strategies, leveraging SEO, PPC, email marketing, and organic growth tactics.
• Optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to maximize conversions and retention.
2/ Content Creation & Campaign Execution
• Create compelling, high-quality content (blogs, videos, social media posts) that highlights the product’s value and AI-driven capabilities.
• Design and deliver educational materials to demonstrate the product’s use cases and benefits.
• Run targeted campaigns to build awareness, generate leads, and drive product adoption.
• Experiment with various channels (social media, email, partnerships) to optimize growth.
• Manage and optimize content distribution strategies across email marketing, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and emerging platforms.
3/ Community Building & Engagement:
• Build and nurture a community of early adopters, encouraging user-generated content, referrals, and organic growth.
• Organize and host webinars, Q&A sessions, and community-driven events to foster engagement and brand advocacy.
• Engage with users on social media and online forums, responding to inquiries, gathering feedback, and increasing brand awareness.
4/ Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with developers, AI specialists, and product teams to align marketing efforts with product development and user needs.
• Collaborate on messaging, user feedback, and product improvements to enhance market fit.
5/ Data-Driven Marketing & Performance Optimization
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, user acquisition efforts, and conversion funnels.
• Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, improve ROI, and optimize content for different audience segments.
• Leverage marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to track KPIs and implement continuous improvements.
Qualifications & Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, growth hacking, or digital marketing, ideally in a startup, SaaS, or tech environment.
• Proven track record of planning and executing successful go-to-market strategies for early-stage products.
• Familiarity with growth tactics for B2B or B2C tech products, including social media, email marketing, and partnerships.
• Strong content creation skills, including blog writing, video production, and storytelling formats.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media management.
• Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEMrush, etc.).
• A creative thinker who challenges traditional marketing norms and brings fresh, innovative ideas and self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Passion for AI, technology, and emerging digital trends, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and engaging way.
Bonus Points
• Experience in beta launches or marketing AI-powered products.
• Familiarity with B2B or B2C growth strategies for tech startups.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and product-led growth strategies.
