Role Description The Creative Designer / Multimedia Editor with AI is a full-time remote role responsible for designing and producing high-impact visual content that supports digital customer acquisition campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include creating graphics and layouts for web and social media, developing brand-aligned visual assets, and editing multimedia content such as images, short videos, and animated elements. The role involves using AI-assisted design and editing tools to streamline production, experiment with new creative formats, and iterate quickly based on performance data and feedback. This position collaborates closely with marketing and product teams to maintain brand consistency, adapt designs for different global audiences, and deliver assets on schedule. The role also includes maintaining organized design files, following style guides, and continuously improving creative quality and efficiency.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Creative Design and Graphic Design, with the ability to produce visually compelling and conversion-focused assets.
• Experience creating and optimizing Graphics for digital channels, including web, social media, and advertising campaigns.
• Proficiency in Branding and Web Design, ensuring consistency of visual identity across websites and marketing materials.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard design and multimedia tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or equivalent) and AI-based design/editing tools.
• Ability to interpret briefs, follow brand guidelines, and adapt designs for diverse global audiences.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects in a remote, deadline-driven environment.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant education or training in design, multimedia, or a related field is beneficial; a portfolio showcasing digital design and multimedia work is required.
