Position Overview
As a UX Designer at Autodesk Construction, you will be building the productivity software that is transforming the construction industry. With unparalleled adoption, our products are used as a "single source of truth", enabling data to move seamlessly through each phase of construction — from design to maintenance. As a result, critical workflows are streamlined, efficiency is improved, and construction crews can get more done.
Our collaborative teams and strong design culture mean that designers sit at the center of decision-making and product direction. In this role, you’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to shape product goals and solve meaningful problems. You’ll have ownership of your projects and guide them through research, exploration, design, and delivery. On an average day you might spend a couple hours head-down on a prototype, participate in a design critique, lead a user interview, facilitate a workshop, collaborate with your PM on a requirements document, pitch an update to our design system, pair with engineering on implementation.
