The Mission

Autocash AI is dismantling the manual chaos of mid-market finance. We are building the "Autonomous Finance Stack"—leveraging AI to automate accounts receivable, cash flow forecasting, and working capital optimization. We aren't just making a dashboard; we're building a real-time intelligence engine for CFOs.

The Role

As our Founding Engineering Lead, you are the architect of our India Engineering Hub. You aren't just managing Jira tickets; you are defining the technical soul of a global SaaS product. You will report directly to the founders and own the engineering roadmap.

What You’ll Do:

• Build the Core: Design and ship scalable microservices and AI-driven workflows (Python/Node.js/Postgres).
• AI Integration: Lead the implementation of RAG-based financial analysis and predictive ML models for cash flow forecasting.
• Team Alpha: Recruit, mentor, and lead an elite team of 8–10 engineers from India’s top tech schools.
• Culture of Excellence: Establish high-engineering bars—CI/CD, automated testing, and rigorous security protocols.

Who You Are (The "Tier 1" Profile):

• Academic Pedigree: Degree in Computer Science from a Tier 1/Tier 2 institute (IIT, IIIT, NIT, BITS). Strong fundamentals in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Distributed Systems are non-negotiable.
• Experience: 7+ years in software engineering, with at least 2 years leading high-output teams.
• The Stack: Deep expertise in Python (for AI/Backend), Node.js, and AWS/Cloud-native architecture.
• Fintech DNA: You understand that "close enough" isn't good enough when it comes to financial data. You value precision and security.
