Sales & Marketing Engineer - Europe
Location: Remote
This opportunity is open exclusively to Europe-based professionals.
Qualification
Preferably an Engineering graduated. However, business management degree in case of non-engineers will also be considered.
Experience
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, technical sales, or business development preferable in Cryogenic equipment selling business. Professional having the experience in selling Cryogenic gases may also be considered.
Responsibilities
Exploring new markets & new customers in Europe (Industrial Gas & EPC)
Arranging & attending meetings with existing & potential customers.
Arranging & Participating in Seminar, exhibition & other promotional activities
Customer relationship management
Attending customer complaints & redressal of the same in amicable and mutually beneficial manner.
Preparation of offers (standard products, spares & services) for Europe
Preparation of order acknowledgement/acceptance for Europe
Acknowledgement of RFQs for Europe.
Documentation & circulation of work orders
Preparation of PROFORMA invoices to claim stage – wise payments for Europe.
Registration sales invoice & final documentation for Europe.
Follow up with Plant QA/QC department for final documentation after shipment of equipment for Europe
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
Submission of day to day activity and MIS reporting
Data input in ERP system
Information sharing & analyzing about market, customers, products, competitors, etc.
Desired Skills
Knowledge of cryogenic equipment, industrial gases, or LNG solutions is an added advantage
Good computer skills (MS Office), CRM, ERP, Social Media & Internet.
Proficiency in English, Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Negotiation skills
Presentation Skills
Experience in handling customer complaints & feedback
A team player with high level of dedication
