Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile and strategic Global Marketing Manager with a modern, data-driven mindset to help scale our impact globally. This role is best suited for a generalist with strong experience in brand management, performance marketing, marketing operations, and MarTech automation.
You will own and execute the global marketing strategy across all three business units in close collaboration with product, sales, and leadership teams. In addition to marketing execution, this role requires strong leadership experience and a demonstrated ability to build, manage, and grow marketing teams, both internal and external.
You don’t need to be a designer, but you must have a strong eye for design and be able to uphold high visual and narrative standards aligned with Austral’s global brand.
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, fluent in English, and comfortable working independently with ownership over digital campaigns and strategy planning across multiple divisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of the marketing roadmap across Academic, Inspired Journeys, and Online Learning business lines
- Plan and oversee our social media and content strategy across all platforms
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, while evolving the brand to meet modern and diverse global audiences
- Manage and optimize digital campaigns (organic and paid) across platforms including LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and YouTube
- Lead and grow a high-performing marketing team, both internal staff and external vendors or agencies
- Work with marketing technologies and automation platforms such as Apollo, Snov.io, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to drive lead generation and customer acquisition
- Maintain editorial and creative oversight to ensure quality and alignment with the company’s standards
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient use of resources
Qualifications
Must-Haves
- 7+ years of experience in marketing (preferably B2B or education-related)
- Proven experience leading and developing marketing teams (remote or hybrid)
- Strong understanding of data, performance marketing, and campaign analytics
- Hands-on experience with digital campaign management (organic and paid)
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to own and execute strategy independently across business units
- Fluent in English (not necessarily native-level, but close)
- Strong eye for design and ability to maintain brand standards
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in education, corporate learning, or related fields
- Exposure to global and multicultural environments
- Solid knowledge of MarTech tools and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Apollo, Snov.io, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Familiarity with CRM integration across marketing and sales pipelines
- Spanish or Portuguese language skills
- Experience managing outsourced marketing vendors or agencies
