Implementation Engineer (Deployment/Integration Engineer)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Implementation Engineer to join our technical deployment team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operating systems, security tools, cloud-native platforms, and cloud infrastructure. This role involves deploying, integrating, and supporting enterprise-grade security and infrastructure solutions both on-premises and in cloud environments.

( People having Nokia Net Guard products NIAM/NEDR will be considered

Key Responsibilities:

Deploy and integrate security and infrastructure solutions across various environments.

Configure and troubleshoot OS-level, container-based, and telemetry systems.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of security products and CNF platforms.

Provide L1 and L2 support and perform root cause analysis and performance optimization.

Maintain documentation and adhere to best practices in configuration and change management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong understanding of OS concepts and networking fundamentals.

Proficient in Linux operating systems.

5+ years of hands-on experience with security products such as IAM, SIEM, SOAR, IDS/IPS, Palo Alto Firewall, CrowdStrike, and Wazuh.

Experience working with CNF (Cloud-Native Function) platforms such as OCP (OpenShift Container Platform), NCP (Nokia Cloud Platform), and NCS (Nokia Container Services).

Expertise in Kubernetes, containers, and telemetry systems.

Proven skills in managing hybrid infrastructure (on-prem and cloud-based platforms such as RedHat OCP, AWS, Azure, and GCP).

Product-specific L1 and L2 support knowledge and troubleshooting expertise.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., RHCE, CKA, AWS Certified, Azure Administrator, etc.).

Experience working in fast-paced DevOps or SecOps environments.
