India | Full-time | Mid-Level | Paid Ads + CRM | Mon–Sat | 3–5 Yrs Exp
About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on performance marketer who specializes in paid ad campaigns, lead funnels, and CRM qualification, SEO — not social content.
You’ll support two fast-growing Australian ventures — one in clean energy, one in mobility tech — as we establish our India backend operations in Amritsar. This is a pure growth role, focused on one thing: bringing in qualified leads that convert.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Ads (Primary Focus):
- Launch and manage campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Optimize for leads, not likes — with a clear focus on CPL, conversions, and targeting
- Create and manage lead forms, conversion funnels, and basic UTM tracking
- Work closely with our in-house design team for ad creatives
CRM Handoff & Pipeline Management:
- Qualify inbound leads before passing them to sales
- Use Zoho, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM to track lead stages and statuses
- Generate clear, daily reports with lead source, quality, and follow-up actions
Funnel Coordination (Not Management):
- Work alongside the graphic and IT teams — no management required
- Own the paid performance funnel end-to-end, from click to qualified lead
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience with paid lead generation (Google + Meta mandatory)
- Strong grip on lead-focused campaign performance (real ad results preferred)
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and lead tracking methods
- Based in or willing to relocate to Amritsar — this is a 100% office-based role
- Experience in B2B and/or B2C campaign funnels
- Experience in content creation.
Compensation & Benefits

- Work Days: Monday to Saturday, Australian shift timings
- Reports to: Founders + Digital Growth Lead
