We need a skilled Bricks Builder Web Designer/Developer to rebuild our website from scratch using Bricks Builder (WordPress). Your mission: create a mobile-first, performance-optimized, conversion-focused site that translates our brand’s luxury and "Yaad" hospitality into a seamless digital experience. Success means launching a new site that significantly improves UX, mobile performance, and bookings, directly advancing our goal to be "Jamaica’s warmest welcome and finest farewell" online. IV. What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Develop and implement responsive, accessible, and high-performance websites and web applications using modern technologies such as Bricks Builder (WordPress), HTML, CSS, and minimal JavaScript.

Build custom page layouts in Bricks from scratch, translating wireframes and moodboards into high-impact, responsive pages.

Collaborate closely with our founder and creative team to translate project requirements, wireframes, and mockups into fully functional digital products.

Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code, adhering to established coding standards and best practices, ensuring the long-term scalability and robustness of our web assets. This echoes the importance of "clean, modular code — no Crocoblock or bloated plugins."

Optimize websites and applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security, with a particular focus on UX for high-end travelers and mobile users.

Integrate with various third-party services and APIs, such as Jotform, JetForm AI Agent, and booking plugins.

Troubleshoot and debug issues across multiple browsers, devices, and platforms, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience for all visitors.

Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve overall code quality and team knowledge.

Stay current with emerging web technologies, industry trends, and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement within our development processes.

Support future expansions and feature enhancements, contributing to the evolution of our digital ecosystem (e.g., multilingual pages, CRM flows, concierge features).

Proven Experience: Demonstrable professional experience (typically 3-5+ years) in website design and development, with a strong portfolio showcasing successfully launched projects, specifically built with Bricks Builder (portfolio required).

Back-End Familiarity: Experience with PHP (as WordPress is PHP-based).
