The Responsibilities
- Architect & Innovate: Lead the design and development of scalable, distributed systems that power our fintech and POS solutions.
- Customer-Facing Leadership: Collaborate directly with clients to understand their challenges and transform insights into elegant, effective technical solutions.
- Full-Stack Mastery: Work comfortably across all stacks—from intuitive front-end interfaces to robust back-end infrastructures—to deliver seamless, high-performance applications.
- DevOps & Operations: Cultivate a strong DevOps mindset by optimizing deployment, monitoring, and performance across all aspects of our systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers in a high-trust, autonomous environment to iterate quickly and drive innovation.
- Mentorship & Culture: Guide engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, and creative problem-solving.
- Strategic Impact: Influence our technical roadmap by integrating customer feedback and industry best practices into the evolution of our products.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Expertise: 8+ years in software engineering, with hands-on experience in fintech or point-of-sale platforms.
- Distributed Systems Experience: Demonstrated success in building enterprise-grade distributed systems capable of scaling seamlessly.
- Full-Stack & DevOps Focus: A track record of working across the entire technology stack with a strong emphasis on DevOps practices.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong ability to translate client needs into high-value technical features.
- Leadership: Exceptional communicator who can collaborate across teams, mentor peers, and drive technical strategy.
- Innovative Spirit: A passion for technology trends and a track record of delivering elegant solutions to complex challenges.

- Multi-Language Expertise: Experience in languages such as C#, Java, and Node.js is a plus.
