Design & Content Specialist (Products)

🚀 We're Hiring: Design & Content Specialist (Products) (1-2 Years Experience)

About the Role

This is a hybrid creative role for someone who thinks visually and writes clearly. You'll own the look, feel, and voice of our SaaS products — from UI assets and marketing creatives to in-app microcopy and content.

Responsibilities

• Design UI assets, product illustrations, banners, and marketing creatives
• Collaborate with the product team on UX flows and wireframes
• Write and refine product copy — onboarding flows, tooltips, CTAs, error messages
• Create content for product landing pages, feature announcements, and social media
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Assist in building and maintaining a basic design system

Requirements

• Proficiency in Figma (or Adobe XD)
• Good eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to write clean, user-friendly copy in English
• Basic understanding of how SaaS products and web apps work
• A portfolio showcasing design work and/or writing samples

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AI and tools like Canva, Notion, or Webflow
• Experience with social media content creation
• Basic video/motion skills (After Effects, Lottie, etc.)
