We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Software Engineer to work directly with customers, shape the future of our platform, and drive innovation in global wealth and retirement technology.

YOUR MISSION

Deliver value - fast by solving real business problems and transforming them into platform solutions. You’ll configure, extend, and develop our software to make a direct impact for our customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Architect and develop applications using TypeScript, React, and Node.js

• Lead the design and implementation of new features, from concept to production

• Optimize and scale our GraphQL API

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth

• Drive key technical decisions and participate in code reviews

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We’re hiring exceptional engineers who want to build a new category of technology and shape the future of financial infrastructure.

• 5+ years of professional software development experience

• Deep expertise in TypeScript, React, and Node.js

• Experience with Redux, React Query, and backend development

• Strong problem-solving skills and a bias for action

• Clear communication and ability to mentor others
