Hone provides the tools to achieve ultimate gameplay, boost FPS by rescuing your PC from bloated software. We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to scale customer acquisition and retention through targeted marketing and data-driven strategies.
Compensation:
Base salary + performance bonus, based on experience and impact.
What You Should Have
• At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing.
• At least 2 years of experience in a product-based company (SaaS, e-commerce, or digital platforms).
• Be data-driven and know how to use Mixpanel and Google Analytics 4.
• The ability to work autonomously, take ownership of growth strategies, and drive measurable results.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with product and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for customer acquisition and retargeting.
• Create and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and improve retention.
• Use Mixpanel and Google Analytics 4 to generate insights and optimize marketing efforts.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Work closely with the product team to improve user activation, retention, and referral strategies.
Required Expertise
• Proven experience with Google Ads and performance marketing
• A portfolio showcasing past successful campaigns
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Mixpanel, Google Analytics 4, or similar tools
• Experience with email marketing & automation tools
• Solid understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple marketing initiatives
Other Useful Skills
• A passion for PC or console gaming
• Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Experience with Reddit Ads
• Knowledge of SEO & content marketing
• Bonus points if you’ve defeated an orc in single combat!
