Software Engineer

As a Software Engineer, you'll play a vital role in developing and maintaining our web and mobile applications. From crafting intuitive user interfaces in Vue 3 to architecting robust APIs in Node.js, you'll be involved in every aspect of the development lifecycle. You’ll work in a cross-functional, autonomous product team with end-to-end ownership of the solutions you build, from discovery to deployment, evaluation and iteration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain our web and mobile applications using Vue 3, Quasar, Capacitor, Node.js, and Google Cloud Platform services like Firebase and Firestore.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, OpenAI) to accelerate development and focus on solving core business challenges.
• Collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to design, implement, and launch new features that drive real-world impact.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality code and product releases.
• Work with cloud services, primarily Firebase, to manage data storage, authentication, and real-time updates.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and apply them to our product development process.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and influence technology choices as we grow.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Software Engineer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in Vue 3 and Node.js.
• Experience with Firebase and Firestore for real-time data management and cloud services.
• Familiarity with Capacitor for building cross-platform mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, including API design, database design, and version control with Git.
• Ability to write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with architectural design is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for leveraging AI and automation to optimize engineering workflows.

Pay range and compensation package

56,000 – 61,500 DKK per month.
