Are you ready to shape the future of cloud-native applications and Kubernetes? Our client is building the first Open Source Accelerator/Incubator—a global initiative dedicated to driving innovation in one of the most dynamic areas of technology.

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join this groundbreaking venture. This is a fully remote position for candidates based in Europe.

General Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience across multiple companies and architectural patterns, demonstrating versatility in different technologies and contexts.
• Strong product mindset—not just technical capability. The ideal candidate understands customer and product needs, using them to guide technical decision-making.

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Expert-level Go (Golang) experience.
• Kubernetes expertise (both operational and development.)
• Experience building cloud-native, distributed application architectures on Kubernetes.
• DevOps skills, including: Networking, Security, CI/CD, GCP preferred
• Database knowledge: MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Nice to have: Experience in performance and functional testing.
