I’m reaching out on behalf of my client, an innovative test orchestration and execution framework for cloud-native applications. They’re in an exciting stage of high commercial growth and are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their small but highly skilled team.

This is a strategic role for someone with a startup mindset who enjoys solving complex challenges, shaping architecture, managing technical debt, and driving new feature development in a fast-moving environment.

Key Focus Areas

• Drive AI initiatives (LLM integration, MCP servers, agentic frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, n8n)
• Collaborate on architecture, scalability, and quality improvements
• Balance product and technical priorities to deliver real customer value

What they’re looking for

• 10+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Strong expertise in AI technologies (building & integrating)
• Product mindset — aligning technical decisions with customer needs

Tech Stack & Skills

• AI expertise: LLMs, MCP servers, LangChain/LangGraph/n8n
• Go (excellence required)
• Kubernetes (operations + development)
• Cloud Native architectures (distributed apps on K8s)
• DevOps (networking, security, CI/CD; GCP preferred)
• API development (REST, GraphQL, with focus on performance & security)

Nice to have:

• Performance & functional testing at scale
• Frontend dev/architecture (React, Node.js)
• OSS project/community management
