We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing Specialist to manage advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google platforms, while contributing to broader digital marketing strategies. This is a remote position with shift timings aligned to EST/PST/CST time zones (6 PM to 3 AM IST). The role offers competitive salary hikes based on the current package. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement Facebook advertising strategies aligned with business goals.
Create engaging ad creatives (images, videos, and copy) for Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
Optimize budgets, placements, and monitor campaign performance using Facebook Ads Manager.
Conduct audience targeting through custom/lookalike audiences and A/B testing.
Analyze campaign metrics (CTR, CPA, ROI) and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Shopping networks.
Perform detailed keyword research to identify high-performing keywords.
Monitor campaign metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with SEO teams to align paid efforts with organic search initiatives.
Present performance reports with insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
Design end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
Leverage SEO/SEM strategies to enhance visibility and drive traffic.
Utilize tools like Google Analytics to analyze website traffic and user behavior.
Work closely with content creators for social media marketing initiatives.
Drive lead generation and conversions via paid campaigns on various platforms.
Optimize campaigns for ROI using data-driven insights and advanced analytics.
Stay updated on emerging trends in digital advertising to maintain competitive advantage.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital marketing roles managing Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and performance marketing campaigns.
Proven expertise in executing successful digital advertising strategies across multiple platforms.
Strong knowledge of PPC advertising, programmatic buying, and campaign optimization techniques.
Familiarity with SEO/SEM principles and their integration into marketing strategies.
Ability to interpret campaign data (CTR, CPA, ROI) for informed decision-making.
Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis tools like Google Analytics or Hubspot.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
Proficiency in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, content creators).
