We’re seeking a dynamic Sr. Content & Marketing Manager to join our Experience division at Augeo. This role demands a creative, strategic, and self-motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. With exceptional communication skills and a knack for juggling multiple projects, you’ll shape impactful marketing and content strategies for both our diverse client portfolio and our division’s growth.
In this hybrid role, you’ll drive marketing and content execution for clients—ranging from intimate C-suite gatherings to large-scale conferences, client marketing campaigns and incentive events—while also spearheading the Experience division’s marketing strategy. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll deliver on-brand, goal-oriented solutions that elevate experiences and strengthen community engagement.
You’ll spend your days on the following:
- Assess client objectives, propose strategic recommendations, and present ideas with confidence.
- Pitch bold content and marketing campaigns to current and prospective clients.
- Develop and implement tailored marketing plans and content strategies that deliver measurable results for clients and our Experience division.
- Facilitate regular marketing meetings and collaborate with internal teams to lead the execution of a comprehensive marketing plan, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely project delivery.
- Manage content deliverables within budget, ensuring efficiency and impact.
- Craft and execute content calendars, email campaigns, and social media strategies across platforms to amplify client goals and division visibility.
- Write compelling copy—blogs, emails, print collateral, and more—adapting tone and style to diverse audiences.
- Refresh existing content and create original assets from the ground up as needs arise.
- Proofread and polish your work while serving as the final quality check for team deliverables.
- Keep teams and clients in the loop with proactive, clear project updates.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to spark innovative solutions for client projects.
- Conduct interviews to gather authentic insights for storytelling and experience-driven content.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, translating insights into actionable strategies for clients and our division.
- Serve as a trusted industry expert, advising internal teams and clients alike.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering growth in content best practices and workflows.
- Take a hands-on role in event execution (about 10% of the year), whether onsite with travel or in-office, managing long hours, complex logistics, and real-time problem-solving with adaptability and poise.
- Engage actively in staff and team meetings, driving collaboration and alignment.

What you need to be successful in this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 12+ years of experience in content creation and marketing strategy.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a portfolio that showcases versatility and precision.
- Proven expertise in social media management tools/processes and a track record of driving engagement.
- Adept at multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time in a high-volume environment.
- Self-starter with a resourceful, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Highly organized, with a focus on quality and consistency.
