AudiTree is looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in marketing, with a strong grasp of digital marketing, lead generation, closures, content creation, and campaign execution. Knowledge of finance or experience in the financial domain will be a plus. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in building brand presence and driving lead generation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential markets to support strategic decisions.
• Content Development: Create and manage content for websites, social media, email newsletters, and marketing collateral that aligns with our brand(firm’s) voice and target audience.
• Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital platforms to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Digital Marketing: Manage paid ads, SEO, and social media marketing to improve reach and performance.
• Client & Lead Management: Work with the sales team to support client acquisition efforts and develop lead generation strategies.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and prepare reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Design Support: Collaborate with the design team or independently create visual assets using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
• Finance Domain Support (if applicable): Support marketing strategies specifically targeting financial products, services, or clients.
Qualification & Required skills:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B or digital-first environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in content creation and copywriting.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, or HubSpot.
• Working knowledge of design tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing and other social media platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from campaign data.
• Collaborative approach with strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Bonus: Exposure to finance, FinTech, or financial services marketing.
