Position Summary
We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager who can blend traditional project management discipline with marketing execution skills. This role will partner with teams across creative, digital, brand, product, and operations to bring initiatives from concept to launch. The role will own project timelines, coordinate deliverables from divisions within marketing and across the company, and help push key campaigns across the finish line.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of marketing initiatives from kickoff to post-mortem.
- Own project timelines, deliverables, resource allocation, and status updates.
- Drive alignment across cross-functional teams including Creative, Growth, Product, and Analytics.
- Manage marketing calendars and ensure campaign dependencies are accounted for.
- Collaborate on campaign development, including digital, email, influencer, content, and product launch initiatives.
- Write or refine creative briefs, develop light copy, QA digital assets, and coordinate asset delivery.
- Contribute to ideation and planning of brand moments, promotions, and lifecycle marketing.
- Identify and implement tools and workflows to streamline marketing operations.
- Monitor campaign performance and support post-campaign analysis and learnings.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in a marketing or project management role (DTC eCommerce experience strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to lead projects with multiple stakeholders and fast-moving deliverables
- Hands-on experience contributing to the development and execution of marketing campaigns
- Expert experience using tools like Asana, Lucid, and Slack
- Strong organizational skills and a knack for keeping teams on track and informed
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
