At We Us Ours, we are making more diverse leadership teams and more inclusive cultures a reality at some of the biggest and best-known brands in the world. Our two companies and four brands are shaping the future of executive search and DEI consultancy worldwide.
- Audeliss is dedicated to increasing diverse representation in the C-Suite and on Boards, challenging traditional executive search processes, and delivering leadership pipelines that truly reflect our society.
- INvolve is a global DEI consultancy and network that empowers leaders to build truly inclusive workplaces. We champion change through initiatives such as the Empower, Heroes, Outstanding, and Enable Role Model Lists, supported by YouTube, recognizing leaders breaking barriers for diverse talent.
- We are also proud to own The Black British Business Awards (BBBAwards) and The Network Of Networks (TNON), shining a spotlight on Black professional excellence and helping businesses break down systemic barriers to success for racial minorities.
Due to our growth plans, we’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Director of Marketing & Communications to take our impact to the next level.
The Role
As our Director of Marketing & Communications, you will lead our talented marcomms team to amplify our brand voice, expand our global reach, and position us as thought leaders in the fast-moving DEI space. You’ll be responsible for:
- Our Strategic Thought Leadership – Establishing our brands as the go-to sources for DEI insights and executive search expertise leveraging our social channels and PR.
- Our Brand Positioning – Strengthening Audeliss position as a preferred alternative to traditional search firms and demonstrating the impact of INvolve’s DEI consultancy work.
- Growing Our Role Model Lists – Expanding the reach, prestige, and engagement of our globally recognised Role Model Lists supported by YouTube.
- Elevating the BBBAwards - Continuing to build our status as the premium awards for Black professionals in the UK.
- Enhancing Sponsorship & Events – Maximising event engagement as well as visibility for our corporate partners through compelling event-based marketing and communications.
- Team Leadership – Managing and inspiring our Marketing & Communications team to deliver high-quality, impactful campaigns.
- Increasing Reach & Commercial Impact – Ensuring our content and messaging engage the right audiences to drive business growth.
Who You Are
You’re a senior marketing and communications leader with a strong track record in B2B marketing and communications, ideally within professional services.
You bring:
- A strategic but hands-on approach – You can see the big picture but can also execute directly across the full marketing mix. This includes experience using platforms such as Adobe Suite, MailChimp, Wordpress and Hubspot.
- Experience leading high-performing teams – You will have empowered others and developed the marketing and communication skills of those around you.
- A passion for DEI – You understand the importance of representation and inclusion in business and can communicate around issues of race, LGBTQ+, and gender with confidence.
- A flair for thought leadership – You can show examples of how you have crafted compelling narratives, leveraged insights, and engaged meaningfully with senior audiences.
- A results-driven mindset – You can provide evidence of delivering measurable commercial impact and brand growth.
